Returns Policy
Return Authorization Required
All returns must be authorized by United Infusion before returning. Products must be returned within 30 days of purchase with an RGA from United Infusion.
Required Return Information
After obtaining an RGA, each return must include the following information:
- Customer name and address
- RGA number
- United Infusion order number
Defective Orders
Defective orders are returnable with authorization. Defective product, properly noted damaged product, and returns that are the result of a United Infusion error may be returned at United Infusion expense and for full credit.
Non-Defective Orders
Non-defective orders may be returned, provided the customer has obtained prior authorization from United Infusion.
Restocking Fee

Return Shipping
United Infusion will send a prepaid shipping label to the customer for all returns.
